Breadcumb Potatoes

 

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes more or less the same size, wash them and keep them soaked. Finely chop the rosemary and mix it with the breadcrumbs.

In a pan, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, brown the cubes of bacon, then add the potatoes and brown them for about ten minutes; add the bread and rosemary. Continue to cook stirring.

Pour the potatoes in a pan covered with baking paper, sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper and bake at 200 degrees until cooked.

Decorate with sprigs of rosemary.
