Tagliatelle in Alfredo way

 

Cut the chicken breast and ham into strips. In a frying pan or large saucepan put butter and extra virgin olive oil. Brown the chicken, then add the ham and cook for about ten minutes. Add the cream, a pinch of grated nutmeg to fresh, salt and pepper.

Cook the taliatelle (see link) in salted water, drain and toss in the pan of sauce stir in grated cheese.

HAM slices 2  5 mm thick slices
CREAM dl. 250  
BUTTER gr. 50  
EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL,SALT,PEPPER,NUTMEG enough
