Make custard, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Divide the custard into two halves and join one of the two chocolate (in alternating use cocoa but will be less good): mix well the latter.

 

Wet the sponge fingers with plenty marsala diluted with water (little).

 

Make a layer of ladyfingers.

 

Spread white custard cream.

 

Make another layer of ladyfingers, this time immersed in alkermes diluted.

 

 

Cover with a layer of chocolate custard.
