Apple cake and ricotta

 

Smear the eggs, the ricotta cheese that has been sifted, the sugar; combine flour, seed oil and yeast. Cut in small pieces 2 apples and incubate them into the mixture: stir.

Grind and flake a 20 cm zipper baking tray, pour the mixture and decorate with the remaining apple cut into slices. Spread over sugar and bake at 180 ° for about 35 minutes.
