Potato Stuffed roll

 

Boil the potatoes and mash with a potato masher gathering them in a bowl. Combine butter, grated cheese, eggs and thyme. Add salt and pepper. Work the mixture until it is smooth, then roll it out on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

 

 

 

 

 

Top with ham, then with slices of smoked cheese and then with pieces of mozzarella.

 

 

Helping with parchment paper, wrap the roll welding finally the flaps. Close tight the paper at the ends like a candy: cut the baking paper most abundant of the pan.

 

 

Bake in hot oven at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes, cutting the paper at the center several minutes to brown the surface. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and serve hot.
