Puffs of mozzarella and tomatoes


Cut puff pastry rolled up with the thickness of about 1 cm.


Spread the diskettes in drives of about 8.6 cm in diameter.


Put in pieces of mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and anchovies in oil and seal the edges with a fork; brush the surface with beaten egg.




Bake at 180 degrees until done (about 15 minutes)
