Spring sweet salami

 

Put the egg yolks in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of hot water and whisk. Add sugar, vanillin, butter; continue beating. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the previous mixture, and stir with a wooden spoon dl bottom up. Combine the sifted flour, baking powder and potato starch a little at a time, stirring constantly. On a baking tray (approx 40x30) put the parchment paper and butter it with melted butter. pour the mixture leveling (ca. 1 cm.), bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes (depending on oven) .Click cool.

Brush with water and marsala. For the filling you can use ricotta cheese mixed with powdered sugar, a tablespoon of orange flower water and strawberry pieces (you can fill with whatever you want: chocolate, eggnog, jam etc.). Once poured the filling on the biscuit, gently roll using the baking paper below, to form a "salami". Dust with icing sugar and decorate with strawberries.
