Cubeletti @ (pastries of Liguria)


Make the shortcrust pastry as you use to do (otherwise you look at the ingredients are the doses used for Cubeletti) and let it rest in the fridge for at least half an hour. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and place it into the molds, place a teaspoon of jam, cover with the remaining pastry.


Bake in oven at 180 degrees until cooked. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Can also be used to fill chestnut cream or nutella instead of jam.
